Salisbury Township’s Community Development Department is launching a new online system for building permits to make the process easier and more convenient for residents, contractors, and business owners.
The new platform, powered by GovWell, allows users to apply for building permits, upload plans, schedule inspections, and track the status of applications all in one place. Users will also be able to pay for their permits online with a credit card. This new system replaces several manual and disconnected processes, helping to improve efficiency, provide better visibility into application progress, and make it easier to understand next steps.

While the system is changing, the Township’s policies, review standards, and service expectations remain the same. Township staff will continue reviewing submissions and assisting applicants just as they do today.
