🚨 BOIL WATER ADVISORY NOTICE 🚨
Lehigh County Authority (LCA) has issued a Boil Water Advisory for a small portion of the east side of the Township due to a loss of system pressure that may affect water quality.
⚠️ Residents in the affected area should boil all water for at least one minute before using it for:
💧 Drinking
🧊 Making ice
🪥 Brushing teeth
🍳 Food preparation
🍽️ Washing dishes
🐾 Pet water
📍 Please check the impacted area map carefully to see if your property is affected:

📬 Affected property owners will also be receiving a hand-delivered notice this evening.
LCA will keep the advisory in place until water quality testing confirms the water is safe. They will issue another notice when the advisory is lifted.
📞 If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lehigh County Authority directly at 610-437-7515.
We strongly encourage all residents to review the map and share this information with neighbors who may not have seen the notice. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

🚧💧 Notice to Residents 💧🚧
Lehigh County Water Authority is currently performing waterline work in a portion of the east side of the Township. Residents on S. Bradford Street, Belmont Avenue, Wallace Street, Cypress Avenue, Woodside Court, and surrounding areas may experience low water pressure and/or discolored water while the work is being completed.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as this work is underway, and we are hopeful that conditions will return to normal soon.
During National Police Week, we proudly recognize and thank the dedicated officers of the Salisbury Township Police Department for their commitment to keeping our community safe each and every day. 🚔
From protecting our neighborhoods to participating in community events, educational programs, and outreach efforts, our officers go above and beyond to serve with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Their community policing efforts help strengthen the connections that make Salisbury Township a safer and more united community.
We are incredibly grateful for the sacrifices made by our law enforcement officers and their families, and we thank our officers for all they do for our residents, businesses, and visitors. 💙
Residents can show their support during National Police Week by simply saying “thank you” to an officer and flying flags at half-staff on May 15 in observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
Please join us in showing appreciation for our Salisbury Township Police Department and law enforcement officers everywhere! 🚓

Bring your friends, family, and neighbors—we hope to see you there for a great night at the ballpark!

From SYA and school district efforts to community involvement and behind-the-scenes support, our volunteers give their time, energy, and heart to make our township a better place every single day. We are so grateful for everything you do—you make a difference in ways both big and small, and it does not go unnoticed.
We did remember to take exactly one photo… of the program 😅 (turns out it’s hard to snap pictures when you’re busy enjoying good company!). But even without a full camera roll, it was a wonderful evening filled with appreciation and well-deserved recognition.
Thank you again to all of our volunteers—you are the heart of this community! 👏

We’re currently out of mulch at the Franko Drop-Off Center.
Good news—mulch is still available at the Devonshire Drop-Off Center, so feel free to stop by there next week! 🌿
We’ll share an update as soon as mulch is restocked at Franko. Thanks for your patience!

Thank you for your patience! 😊

The Environmental Advisory Council is meeting on April 15, and one of the topics on the agenda is our Township’s participation in “No Mow May.”
At their April 9 meeting, the Board of Commissioners passed Resolution No. 04-2026-1920, officially designating May 2026 as “No Mow May” to support pollinators like bees and butterflies. 🌸
🚫🌱 What does this mean?
During the month of May, the Code Enforcement Office will not issue notices for long grass and weed violations.
👀 A quick reminder:
Residents are still encouraged to maintain clear sight lines for safety and keep areas around walkways and homes trimmed to help minimize pests like ticks.
❓ Have questions or want to learn more?
